I have had the privilege to serve as both Court Appointed and Private Receiver in numerous matters over the last fifteen years.

Representative Receiverships:

• Served as Receiver in matter with over $35 million in claims which included managing the developer entities of two fractured condominium projects in Orlando. Was successful in selling 186 condo units in those two developments and managing one condominium association – keeping the association operating despite resignation of entire Board when over 50% of total units went into foreclosure. After one year, was able to identify new Board Members and turn Association back over to this newly formed Board.
• Served as Receiver in winding down title insurance agency where agent allegedly diverted over $9 Million in escrow funds. Matter included liquidating remaining assets, closing three offices and administering third party and employee claims.
• Served as Receiver in assessing status of ownership of restaurant in dispute between members. Performed analysis of ownership documents and prepared detailed report for Court.
• Served as Receiver in managing shopping centers owned by two individuals in dispute. Duties including day to day operations, collecting rent, paying mortgage and operating expenses and filing periodic reports with parties and with Court.
